| The Sprinter, with 6.25 tons of permitted gross vehicle weight, provides you with sophisticated low-floor comfort in a public service bus. Its economic design and flexible equipment options make it an all-around winner.
The big Sprinter is a true performer: With an entry clearance of only 340 mm without steps at bus stop level, speedy passenger turnaround in public transportation becomes simple and easy. The Sprinter features the same public service bus seat arrangements as the Mercedes Benz Cito and Citaro city buses, with comfortable passenger seats made of durable, breathable upholstery fabrics.
In other words, the Sprinter is a genuine public service bus. Naturally, the Sprinter can also be delivered with any other seat arrangement option available for minibuses, in flexible configurations. A fold-out ramp or telescope ramp are available as extras, which allow wheelchair riders to board the bus without problems. In spite of its compact dimensions, the well-lit interior is quite spacious.
The low-floor area with a vertical clearance of 2,250 mm is 2,030 mm long, providing sufficient space for two wheelchairs or pushchairs. The Sprinter's standard equipment includes destination display, payment table stand, bus stop signalling system, as well as durable, non-skid PVC floor covering. |
