September 1, 2005, saw the introduction of a two-year, new vehicle warranty for all Mercedes-Benz passenger cars.
The contractual warranty undertaking is provided by the national Mercedes-Benz organisation which sells you the vehicle. The warranty is effective from the date of delivery or, if earlier, the date of initial registration, with unlimited mileage. The warranty supplements the statutory liability for material defects and gives you extra peace of mind for the first two years.
