Which vehicles qualify for this long-term mobility package?

Mercedes-Benz MobiloVan is valid - without any mileage restrictions - for every Citan,
Sprinter and Vito [1]

  • with initial registration on or after 01.10.2012,
  • sold and delivered by Daimler AG or the Mercedes-Benz sales organisation in the area of validity,
  • and which is registered and being operated in these countries at the time of applying for cover.
Services in the event of breakdowns Workshop visits covered as warranty or goodwill cases

  2 years from initial registration, thereafter from service to service for up to 30 years Initial registration
Technician's travel expenses
for travel to and from breakdown site.
On-site help
Minor on-site repairs up to € 150 incl. VAT (additional materials costs for tyres, batteries, keys as well as fuels and lubricants and consumables are not covered).
to the nearest authorised Mercedes-Benz Service Partner.
Taxi/limousine service/public transport
up to a maximum of € 75,- incl. VAT in the event of breakdown or requirement to leave vehicle in workshop.
Vehicle return service
within a radius of 50 km of your authorised Mercedes-Benz service partner.
Replacement vehicle
while the vehicle is being repaired, up to 3 working days. The customary market conditions apply for this benefit (e.g. co-insurance for rental vehicles). Type of vehicle subject to availability. Other costs such as for service fluids, etc., are not covered.
Air/rail travel
for a round trip for you and those travelling with you up to a maximum of € 400.00 incl. VAT per person.
Hotel room
incl. breakfast for the duration of the repair for yourself and those travelling with you, for a maximum of three working days and up to a maximum of € 400.00 per person.

[1] Please note the following exclusion criteria. Mercedes-Benz MobiloVan does not apply, for example, in case of negligence. You can get more detailed information from your authorised Mercedes-Benz Service Partner or from the Supplementary Instructions in your vehicle.

[2] Valid for repairs taking longer than two hours performed in connection with new vehicle warranty, liability for material defects or as courtesy repairs.
