Under the bonnet: technical data, dimensions and weight of the Sprinter Tourer.
Drive powerfully and cost-effectively.
4 engines.
If you want to be successful, you need a powerful drive: the 4-cylinder diesel engine in 3 output levels and the V6-cylinder diesel engine [Sprinter Tourer with passenger car registration: fuel consumption combined: 8.2 l/100 km; CO2 emissions combined: 214 g/km. The consumption values given are only for the optional automatic transmission, without all-wheel drive]1* combine power and economy in an exemplary manner in the Sprinter. The renowned engines have again been further optimised in terms of fuel consumption, for example, with a reduction of in-engine friction. All engines are available both with manual2 and with automatic transmissions.
The demanding Euro-6 or Euro-VI emissions standard is upheld with the help of SCR technology (Selective Catalytic Reduction). This process reduces nitrogen oxide emissions in diesel engines by routing the exhaust gas through a catalytic converter where the nitrogen oxides3 are converted into nitrogen and water thanks to the addition of water-based AdBlue®.
Sprinter Tourer with passenger car registration: fuel consumption urban/extra-urban/combined: 9.4/7.5/8.2 l/100 km; CO2 emissions combined: 214 g/km[*]; efficiency class: C. The consumption values given are only for the optional automatic transmission, without all-wheel drive. The all-wheel drive system is scheduled to be available from Q4/2018. The standard 6-speed manual transmission in conjunction with the OM642 V6 cylinder diesel engine is scheduled to be available from Q4/2018. The actual consumption figures are dependent, among other things, on the vehicle weight and the equipment chosen.

Nitrogen oxides (NOx) include nitrogen monoxide (NO) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2).
